Over twenty years, I have developed expertise by taking psychoanalysis out of the therapy room and into the workplace. My approach is relational and considers the impact that complex and demanding work can have on individuals and teams.

I have worked at C-suite, Board Level and coached staff of all levels to successfully manage and navigate change
I have steered Mental Health & Wellbeing strategy across a range of large organisations
