Supporting workplaces to grow stronger

I work with individuals, managers, leaders, teams and organisations to enhance team effectiveness, whilst reaching below the surface, finding new perspectives, ways of taking up authority and managing conflict and change.

Over twenty years, I have developed expertise by taking psychoanalysis out of the therapy room and into the workplace. My approach is relational and considers the impact that complex and demanding work can have on individuals and teams.

Core services that I offer:

  • Therapies for individuals

  • Supervision

  • Executive Coaching

  • Staff Support Groups

I have over 25 years of experience across the public and corporate sectors

  • I have held leadership roles for over a decade managing Student and Staff Counselling Services at LSE and Birkbeck Universities

  • I have successfully led complex teams in emotionally demanding circumstances

  • Experience working with diverse populations, including International Students in higher education and individuals in the NHS

  • I have worked at C-suite, Board Level and coached staff of all levels to successfully manage and navigate change

  • I have steered Mental Health & Wellbeing strategy across a range of large organisations

My ethos

  • I believe in the transformative power of development and the necessity of professional support for individuals, teams, and organisations. This support facilitates meaningful discussions and understanding of behavior patterns hindering progress, especially when pressured to act hastily.

  • I have developed my expertise over many years through training, commitment to continued professional and self-development and keeping on learning.
